I propose a solution which would enable users to more efficiently solve their own problems. As for printing, I've checked and verified that both the hp and the Brother printer work. I go directly into the menu choices for doing the scan with my hp 6110. Now, when I go into fax and scan, I am not offered a choice of scanning devices.
